About Our Services
ARMITRA is a digital services platform that provides online services including mobile recharge, DTH recharge, PAN card services, Aadhaar services, utility bill payments, and other digital transaction services. Since all our services are delivered digitally and instantly, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can seek a refund or cancellation for a service that you have availed through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Successful Transactions: Once a recharge, bill payment, or any digital service has been successfully processed and completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as the service is delivered instantly to the respective service provider (telecom operator, DTH provider, utility company, etc.).
- Failed Transactions: In case a transaction fails but the amount has been debited from your account/wallet, the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account or wallet within 5-7 business days. If the refund is not received within this period, please contact our customer support.
- Pending Transactions: If a transaction is in pending status, please wait for up to 24 hours for it to be resolved. If it remains pending beyond 24 hours, please contact our customer support team with the transaction details.
- Wrong Number/Account Recharges: If you have entered incorrect details (wrong mobile number, DTH subscriber ID, or bill account number) and the recharge/payment has been successfully processed, ARMITRA will not be responsible for the same and no refund will be provided as the service was delivered as per the details provided by you.
- Service Downtime: In case of any service downtime or technical issues from our end that result in failed service delivery despite payment being made, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Document Services (PAN Card, Aadhaar etc.): For document-related services, cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made before the application has been submitted to the respective government authority. Once submitted, no cancellation or refund is possible.
Important: Since our services are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment, cancellation after successful delivery is not possible. Please verify all details carefully before confirming any transaction.
Refund Process
To request a refund for eligible transactions:
- Contact our customer support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your transaction ID and details.
- Our team will verify the transaction status and eligibility for a refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or wallet.
Refund Timeline: In case of any eligible refunds approved by ARMITRA, it will take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
