Nature of Our Business

ARMITRA is a digital services platform that provides online services such as mobile recharge, DTH recharge, PAN card application, Aadhaar services, utility bill payments, and other digital transactions. We do not sell or ship any physical products or goods.

Important: Since all our services are digital in nature and delivered electronically/instantly, the concept of physical returns does not apply to our business. There are no physical goods to return.

Return Policy for Digital Services

As ARMITRA exclusively provides digital services (recharges, bill payments, document processing services), the following applies:

  • No Physical Returns: Since we do not sell or deliver any physical products, there are no physical items to return or exchange.
  • Failed Service Delivery: If a digital service (recharge, bill payment, etc.) fails to be delivered despite payment being deducted, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Service Not as Described: If any service provided does not match what was described on our Platform at the time of purchase, you may raise a complaint with our customer support team for investigation. Upon verification, appropriate resolution including refund will be provided.
  • Duplicate Transactions: If you are charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days upon reporting.
